We are so pleased to have bought our house with Dexters. Everyone we worked with was super helpful and helped us to deal with any issue that came up- big or small.. Ollie was wonderful- he put as at ease, was always so pleasant and was really knowledgeable about the area including being able to advise us on building regulations, what we could expect with regards to planning permissions etc! Working with Avni was amazing- I have never met a more efficient person! No detail was too small for her to help with- including liaising with other services eg lawyers, insurers etc. Everything that went through Avni was done at lightning speed so much so that we ended up exchanging much sooner than we expected! Georgia managed everything and was the one who actually closed the deal for us so we would like to thank her and the whole team! Would definitely recommend!

John Pires and his team have done another brilliant job for me, finding new, excellent new tenants and managing a hectic turnaround. I have rented out my property through John's office for 3 happy years now and every step of the way he has been on call and done his level best to make things smooth and run professionally. Shout outs too to Alexandra Nelson and Jenny Goncalves who have been very helpful and hardworking. My last experience with a W12 letting agent was terrible so I'm very grateful to this office for being head and shoulders better and finding me good quality tenants etc.

Worst experience with the agency

Worst experience with the agency, I decided to move out the apartment earlier because living conditions were unbearable. As such early tenancy move outs require a penalty, I was told by an agent a sum and that it is a fixed amount regardless if they will find a new tenant or I will, the total sum stays the same.Come to find out 2 months later that this in fact was not true and I could’ve saved almost 2K if I found a tenant myself. Agent was denying ever saying those terms to me to the point it was easier to pay the sum than start the negotiations with big agency. Would not recommend to use them or be very careful with every communication and have it crystal clear via emails.
