GoogleOverall, I am very satisfied with the interaction with the agency throughout my tenancy agreement. Gina was my contact from the agency and she was always polite and helpful. The agency managed to replace the oven in our rented flat and fix an issue with the shower head at a reasonable time. Kudos to Gina( Acton- West London) office for her kind assistance.

GoogleOur tenancy was years ago, but I came across some old correspondence and realised I should leave a warning for others. Renting through Apple Estates was a nightmare. Key issues included: Being deliberately misled that a bathroom was ours when it belonged to the shop next door. The shopkeeper letting strangers into our home daily to use the facilities, resulting in a complete loss of privacy and security. The property being dangerously unsafe, including shutters that would lock us in without another fire exit. Critical repairs being ignored for weeks. Would very, very strongly advise against using this agency.

GoogleI had the worst experience of my life renting with them. They don’t care about the tenant and only do what the landlord think it’s right. They give you wrong information that goes against the law just to agree with the landlord, being more than impartial. All of that, when you have a 7 month old baby and your landlord gives you Section 21 Notice with the wrong period and they simply acknowledge.
This is an unfair review as your landlord was managing the property - we only collected the rent and had no say in check out or deductions . We had told the landlord that we would not get involved with DPS as we didn’t agree with her . She decided to deal with them directly - please check with DPS as we were on your side before you write false reviews

GoogleThe worst estate agency i have ever dealt with in London .Niyta have been rude and impolite sincne the start of our tenancy agreement . The property was passed to us as dirty and uncleaned and things were broken with no hot water for a month . the agents even provided us with fake cleaning invoice and kept on arguing with us until we called the cleaning company to figure it out that it was not genuine . On terminating the contract they charged us with unfair amount and even threatened to deduct the deposit money despite returning the flat and casrpets professionally cleaned . I would not suggest anyone to rent any property through this agenct based in West london as i had a horrible time dealing with the estate agents .
Arpit - you were the worst tenant we ever had and constantly complaining and difficult even before you moved in . Your flat mate even apologised fir your rudeness and we refused to deal with you as you were so I’ll mannered . The small issues were beyond our control but we still sorted.You wanted to break the tenancy after a few months due to your work - not our fault - check the law . The invoice for cleaning was provided by previous tenant , and not us . Do not make false allegations unless you have proof . I will not hesitate to contact a solicitor for defamation

Googlethis agency has refused to manage the removal of an old mattress from a property they have let, instead telling the new tenants to flytip: dump it by the communal bins. If that reflects the professionalism and care that they approach all other dealings with, then avoid
