GoogleImpressed with the initial evaluation, photos, brochure and very quick sale. However, not impressed following this as was promised first viewings and preferential treatment to find an onward purchase. Had no help at all and ended up finding our next house through another agent who were far more helpful. White and Guard only started contacting us to find out how we were doing with our search after I complained about the lack of service.
5/5
GoogleVery helpful especially during the sealed bid process and explaining everything clearly. Prompt replies to all e mails. They really thought about our needs as buyers especially Grace and Ruth.

GoogleWe thoroughly recommend White & Guard at Hamble. Ruth, Jason and Grace have been professional and friendly, helping us with the sale of our house. The brochure of our home looked fantastic and we had viewing and offers within a few days of it going online, which meant our lovely house was under offer within the first week of being put on the market for sale.

GoogleI would not hesitate in recommending White & Guard, I found the agents at the Bitterne office and the new Hamble office extremely helpful. Their photos are excellent and definitely helped to get people through the door. I was struggling to sell my flat for months until they took the property on and they sold it within a few weeks.

GoogleWe have been very well looked after from the start. They have been amazing at finding potential buyers and then communicating with us throughout. I couldn’t have asked for a more hard working and honest east team. Thank you for everything you have done for us so far.

GoogleStaff worked particularly hard to ensure that the sale went through. Made phone calls/found local trades-persons and kept us regularly updated.

GoogleWas impressed with estate agent 'Ruth' from this branch who offered a trustworthy and professional approach in negotiations. Although the property was not secured we were left with a renewed confidence in estate agents.
