GoogleWe had the pleasure of using William H Brown to sell our house for us, credit goes to all of the team at the Halsted branch. We had been trying to sell our property for quite a few months with other estate agents to no avail, we then decided to change agents and called in to see Arron Rulton who we found to be totally professional, he talked us through the procedure of the sale from the start to finish. Our move included us relocating to the Isle of Wight, our house sold pretty quickly and the process from agreeing our buyers offer to moving out was 12 weeks. We would thoroughly recommend William H Brown, just ask for Arron or one of the team and you won't go far wrong. Thank you all.

GoogleMy experience of dealing with William H Brown, Halstead, has been an excellent one. My husband and I were looking at houses within the Halstead area and were shown some cottages in Colne Road, Hedingham Road and Trinity Street. Even though, in the end we decided to go for a newer build, we found Grant, Jade and Aron to be very approachable and amiable yet professional at the same time. It was enjoyable learning about the area and what we could buy with our money. Thank you for your service.

GoogleOur experience dealing with the team at Halstead has been exceptional!!! The people we have dealt with Ryan, Elliot, Lisa and Jack have been extremely professional, courteous, and helpful all the way through our purchase. Lisa was very helpful chasing our agent and solicitor on many occasions and as with all the team she called us back when she said she would and always updated us. Our main contact with several viewings was Jack who was new to the job but you wouldn't have guessed, he dealt with us like he had been doing it for years. GoogleArron and the team went over and above with the service provided, it was good old fashion customer service, which many other companies sadly don't provide. Jules especially should get a mention, nothing was too much trouble (even though I was probably a pain, with my demands) ! I will definitely be using the Halstead Office again. From the very first meeting with Ryan, he was professional, understanding and patient while we organised getting the house ready to sell. He even helped move furniture to get the right pictures for the sale. Elliot was also just as professional, polite and courteous and nothing was too much of a problem. He’s made our first time purchase much simpler and has been a pleasure to deal with. James has also been very helpful in securing a good deal on our mortgage and explaining all the technical details that surround this. Would highly recommend!

GoogleThe person who came to value my house was prompt and respectful. The process was efficient. One star is withheld, just because a query to the email address on a card had no response. If necessary, I could have followed up via a different contact method, but perhaps the email address needs checking.
