He took amazing pictures of the property and advertised it in a very inviting manner. He also priced it realistically, so much so that the first viewer within 2 days of listing offered the full asking price. Martin went above and beyond helping with issues outside of his remit when we had complications with the house we bought through another agent. I would highly recommend this estate agent.

GoogleAmazing!! We weren't even their official paying clients but they treated us like we were. We were buying a property from them and they did a better job of managing the full chain and keeping everyone in the loop better than our own estate agents (WH Brown).
A definite stand out estate agents who are personable and attentive approach! Would 100% recommend and use them again!

I was met with a very professional team who put me at my ease and explained the process of selling my house. They produced an excellent brochure to advertise my property and were responsible for all the viewings. I received and accepted an offer for the full asking price within 10 days - a great result. All through the journey of selling, I was able to ring at any time to ask any question however small. In fact, they made the whole experience as stress-free as possible.
