GoogleWe recently sold our property with the Halifax branch. From valuation to completion they we're brilliant! Our estate agent Vicky Bell who looked after our sale was absolutely fantastic. We couldn't praise her enough for the service she provided. She chased the solicitors who we're absolute nightmares and kept us updated as much as possible. We highly recommend using this estate agent. Thanks for your help Vicky.

TrustpilotGreat communication
From the moment Conor met us at the property, he has kept in contact and is always at the end of the phone to answer any queries. At the end of the sale, Michaela and Conor helped us to tie the sale up in order for us to collect the keys after what was a frustrating day. Thank you for all your help, appreciated.

GoogleI engaged with Steph the manager, Vicki the administrator and Matt who managed my transaction. All three were very pleasant and professional to deal with. It is rare that anyone would recommend an estate agent, but I do not hesitate to recommend this team. Very pleasant to do business with.
Thank you for your review, Richard. We got there in the end and I am so pleased you have been happy with the service. Good luck with the house and you know where we are if you need us again. Kind regards, Steph, Matt and Vicky.

TrustpilotSold my house on the first weekend
Ryder and Dutton sold my house on the first weekend when there were 5 consecutive viewings arranged back to back. I was fortunate enough to have 3 offers from these. I opted to use the solicitors Ryder and Dutton recommended. I don't have such a good review for them however. I would like to thank and sing the praises of Emma Spiers who was always willing to chase my solicitor when I couldn't get hold of them, and the buyer's solicitor, to keep the sale on track. Highly recommended.
