Used this estate about 2 years in from first moving to Rossendale in 2014. Always had a great relationship with them and super helpful and professional. Sarah Green that has managed properties I've been in has always been exceptionally helpful and friendly.

It was so transparent and the most important thing for me was that I left all the work and chasing to Michaela in peace of mind that things will be done quick and she was always on point with keeping me with all updates regardless of positive and negative news. GoogleI enquired about a property and told the agent I was only available on Saturdays to view. She set up a time for this Saturday. Shortly after I received a call from a male agent telling me an offer had been made and if I wanted to be a contender i had to see it before the weekend as the seller was about to accept the offer that day. I declined as i work in london. Then on Saturday II received a call from the original agent to confirm the viewing, as they had "convinced the seller to not accept the offer and look at others" . The male agent was very clear - if you dont come before Saturday its too late! This feels incredibly unprofessional -not only for the individual who made an offer, but the client as well as they lost a genuine buyer. in retrospect i don't believe an acceptance was imminent - the agent just wanted to hussle. I will not be using your services to find my new home, you have lost my trust.

I have experienced very poor service from the Company. My rental income are being held in their Company for over a month. We have tried many times to reach them to follow up on the status but got nil replies. They have been very unprofessional in honoring the their letting agent duties. Their service promise in our letting agent agreement cannot be satisfactorily fulfilled.

I want to Thank R&D for what was a very stressful move towards the end. Exchanging and completing on the same day is not enjoyable. A big thanks goes to Nichola who was fantastic from start to finish. I could not recommend them more.
