Avoid this awful company. Useless, couldn’t give a monkeys about tenants or landlords. By far the worst agent I’ve ever had the displeasure of coming across. I wouldn’t dare think about selling or buying with this bunch of pirates, let alone giving them an ongoing lettings contract. We’ve been complaining about mould and damp for 6 months, in a temporary let. All this, with a newborn and a chronic asthmatic in the house. Excuse after excuse from Taylor Engley for why nothing has been done about it. We’ve been called liars, we’ve been told every bullSH possible. Now allegedly ‘Sarah’ has deemed the mould and damp ‘to be of an acceptable level’. Thanks Sarah - we appreciate your completely irrelevant and unqualified professional opinion. If you care about your house sale or property investments, stay away. There are plenty of reputable companies out there that actually follow housing legislation and care about tenants, landlords and vendors!

I have been using this company for a period in excess of ten years. I have purchased properties, sold properties and used them as letting agents for the three rental properties that I own. I have no hesitation on giving them the five stars they deserve. Over the years of my dealings with Sarah, Harriet, Sadie, James and not forgetting Ellie the team have become a second family to me. She and they were superbly communicative, happily went the extra mile to help me close on a purchase that had become overly burdensome and complex due to delays beyond our control. The customer service is extremely great, whenever I phone, my problem gets resolved immediately, I email in weekends and I get responses in minutes. Ms. Harriet , Sadie & Ms. Sarah are very kind, very helpful and supportive. They follow up and never rest before they make sure that my family is in safe hands. Right from the very start they were exceptionally dedicated - conscientious, caring, compassionate, and outstandingly professional. We went to Taylor Engley to sell our property following poor service from another estate agent. We mainly dealt with Sarah, however the whole team were responsive, professional and had great customer service. Sarah in particular was always going above and beyond both with communications and with customer service. We were always well informed, particularly as we had a set of buyers who pulled out just before lockdown, and the quick acting of Sarah and Taylor Engley meant that we had several viewings as soon as we came out, with all measures in place to keep everyone safe. Excellent and professional service from all staff, but special mention must go to Terry and Sarah. My husband and I rented a property for 2 years, and throughout that period Terry looked after us wonderfully well, answering all queries promptly and with genuine friendliness. We then moved on to buy the property, and although the purchase process was difficult, Sarah was always on hand to answer any queries and provide advice.
