GoogleI really only called them to be added to a list if any properties came onto the market that suited my preferences, two weeks of pestering calls later, where they kept on trying to get me to list my property with them, I had to say go away, but maybe not that politely.
** 2 years later I was still getting regular calls from them l, even though I told them several times that I was no longer in the market. I chang3d my number, and 5his time I will never give my number to fox again.

GoogleAbsolutely awful service. Forgot about our offer on a house that was with Fox and Sons, lost us the house.
Estate agent had no clue about the property we where viewing!
Made us go in for a mortgage appointment before we could view. Even with us having a mortgage in principle!
WOULD NOT recommend, disgusted by their customer service. Won’t be using them in the future.
We have now found a new property and the process has flown through, using Crane&Co. Wonderful estate agent.

GoogleFox & Son have been more then helpful and understanding in selling our home in what can only be described as a difficult time for us. Our difficulty was in buying our new home which was under 10 years old and was built by a private builder. Our mortgage company needed an HSBC certificate or an architect certificate, none of which was available so we had to arrange an indemnity insurance which took quite a long time to process. Fox & Son were very helpful in assuring the buyers of our present property that we were going to complete even though it was taking a long time to process.
I only have praise for them in making sure everything went as smoothly as was possible.

Everyone in the Hailsham office is now doing well, however. David, whom I saw initially, was totally professional and he has since accompanied me for a second viewing. I appreciate the fact that he is trying really hard to make a sale work for me. This score could get higher if he succeeds. Certainly, he is very customer focussed. I also liked the fact that the wording was a mixture of my words and those submitted by Fox and Sons accurately reflects the freeholder's ethics.

GoogleBuying a home for the first time in your twenties is supposed to be the most stressful experience you can go through. However, Robyn at this branch has been our mortgage consultant throughout this process.
She's taken a lot of the stress away from us and I feel much calmer about this. She's secured us a fantastic price on our home, 12.5k less than the asking price in just 20 minutes of her negotiating on our behalf. I've been in contact a few times to ask silly questions and she's always made me feel like she genuinely wants to help.
She has worked incredibly hard to get us the best mortgage on this house and I think I'll forever be grateful to her.
