Absolutely shocking.
This company has been very rude and abrupt.
Gone today to collect my stuff as moved into new house and was 4 days overdue so said no worries will pay for the 4 days. They turned round and said I have to pay for the whole 4 weeks before being allowed access. Tried to explain about being told that I was told there flexible when I took out the unit. This is not true.
Staff also said we have card on file this was not true so got very abusive and argumentative when I said I have recordings of this when they said they didn’t say that.
This is definitely a company to avoid
