GoogleThis is a do it yourself practice. If you know how to sell a house and want to pay full price then this will work for you. If you didn’t study law at university then maybe go elsewhere. The only thing they were quick with was replying to google reviews with “we have no record of this person”

GoogleRubbish solicitor ..I cannot really say much more than I would never take their word for anything ..I know they act on clients behalf but when disgusting lies are being told it is despicable
We have no record of anyone using this name as a client past or present. We have searched our records and no one of this name has ever requested to view a property that we have for sale. We can only assume that this review has been submitted on a malicious basis. We have requested to Google that it be removed.

GoogleI cannot recommend Forsyth Solicitors enough. The solicitor I worked with throughout the buying and selling of my property was an absolute star. Very quick to respond, patient with all my questions, and calm and knowledgeable throughout the difficult process. If I could give them more stars I absolutely would.
