One of the worst companies to partner!

One of the worst companies that I have ever agreed to partner with my business.Full of promises from them but turns out to be lies!We agreed to trial the online chat service from Yomdel on our website. Big mistake!. Customers were not replied to and left in limbo. The chat pop up had a very obvious spelling mistake that was meant to read “free valuations” but read “Fray valuations” Complete incompetence!!!.When concerns were raised it took way too long for them to be looked in to with us being ignored. In addition to this, the accounts team didn’t take the contracted payments, and then took 4 large amounts from my account in one month with no notice and without explanation or apology or refund. After we raised numerous complaints we were told we can part company without penalty as my account was settled due to so many errors and poor customer service, Yomdel are now chasing for yet more money for a service not delivered.Apparently the board are demanding monies owed to them immediately 10 months after the company agreed to part company!

We agreed to trial the online chat service from Yomdel on our website. Big mistake. Customers were not replied to and left in limbo. The chat pop up had a very obvious spelling mistake on the first page, not a professional reflection of my business at all. When concerns were raised it took a long time for them to be looked in to. In addition to this, the accounts team didn’t take the contracted payments, and then took 4 large amounts from my account in one month with no notice. Having confirmed that my account was settled, Yomdel are now chasing for yet more money for a service not delivered. It is hard enough to run a small business without being let down by suppliers like this.

I have found this a really friendly and personable company to work for. There is always somebody around to help if you need and their instructions are clear and concise and the jobs interesting and rewarding to do. I would not hesitate to recommned anybody wanting to do this sort of work that they join this friendly and up and coming company .

The most uncaring and unprofessional company I have dealt with in my 15 years as a mystery shopper. I let them down on a job as I had a loss in my family and then was ill. I emailed and called countless times to apologise and was told someone would ring me back, no one did, no reply to my emails nothing. I eventually, over a month later, spoke to Louis who informed me and I quote. "As Douglass Stafford had gone bust there are lots of shoppers wanting work and so we thought we would give them a try". This was even though I had been completing work for them before I let them down all to astandard that they were more than happy with. I questioned this reasoning for not giveing me work and eventually Louis was man enough to say it was due to me letting them down, once, and changing dates on my work. I let six companies down on that awful week, the rest were sympathetic and caring and still give me work. This is a vile company and Louis seems to think he can talk to people as he wishes. Now I don't know if he is the owner or a cleaner but he is an arrogant little man who speaks like he is almost brain dead. I hope they go the way of Douglass Stafford. What lovely Terms and conditions, any time any reason no notification, sums this company up. As per our T’s & C’s, which you agreed to when you signed up - point 23 states ‘If we choose to, we can terminate our relationship with you and remove you from our mystery shopping database at any time for any reason without any prior notification’.

Do not do business with these people. Two weeks after I signed up i was told to check the small print and discover that it's a fixed contract. You pay £120 (in my case) every week for six months, no flexibility, no cancellation clause. They started the campaign without go ahead on artwork and refused to filter by home value as stated in my contract. Aggravating account manager whose only interest is seeing the contract out. 4 months in, zero calls or emails from clients. I hate this company.

Keep getting invitations to coffee mornings at a scamming old folks home, addressed to someone who doesn't exist so can't unsubscribe. One of these days I'm going to show up for the canapes and spoil their sales pitch

Fuming, I have received so much spam about home removals, that I would not use any of the companies who have approached me like this. Appalled that they have sourced my information and sell it to spammers. Is this a breach of GDPR regulations

YOMDEL buy up small companies and then cost the little man money.

This company took over 360 perspectives a mystery shopping company. I took on jobs for them and completed them with great feedback from them. Then just before Xmas I lost my brother and was then hospitalised which meant I let them down on a couple of jobs. I sent emails apologising and rang them to apologise. Three people told me someone would ring me back and my emails were ignored eventually when I said I would contact yomdel direct they told me they no longer wanted to give me work as I had let them down and not told them. They are a disgrace and proof that bigger isn't better in business.

Having received a load of spam I called one of the companies and found out where the details had come from. Not only had the companies paid TwentyCi for leads the information was totally incorrect. Apparently someone I've never heard of and has never (as far as I'm aware) lived at my address, is selling my house and moving in the near future..nope, load of rubbish. If you're looking for a trustworthy source of marketing data, these guys clearly aren't the place to find it

Pedlars of misinformation. Any company relying upon them for accuracy should stir well clear or they maybe making unsolicited approaches, which could potentially cause concern and worry to potential customers and as a result damage their businesses. I know this as I have been targeted by a business that has purchased their information from TwentyCi. I got quite a shock to learn that my farm was “for sale” from a personalised mail shot. How they gather false information like this, they couldn’t tell me. An apology hasn’t been given nor can they say how far this misinformation has gone. Accuracy and privacy isn’t their strongest suit!

Really positive

We have been using Yomdel since 2017 and they are exceptional. They handle their responsibilities with assurance and their professional approach and seamless communication make them a fantastic partner. Any communication is a potential opportunity and something we don’t want to miss out on and Yomdel impresses every time and wins us more business as a result. They are a great company and we could not ask for a better job to be done!

For months I avoided the calls from Yomdel, but eventually decided to use their service. The results have been impressive and I wish I had taken the call straight away and signed up there and then. I genuinely feel stupid at the amount of business I probably missed by not having this service for my customers.

Receiving spam mail from removers and I'm not moving. Called twice and they don't return my calls. Tried to to do an online request to remove data and it doesn't work. Terrible company

Spam letters about moving house even sending a newspaper cutting about a company advertising removals. The company they advertised recently also received a lot of bad press in the media with some branding them “a scam”. If your going to send spam marketing at least advertise reputable companies!

Positive

The initial thought of live chat was good, although I didn't realise how popular it is and therefore how it adds to the customer experience when engaging with our brand. There have been quieter periods and that's when the team at Yomdel work with us to change that! Overall the service has furthered our offering, increased enquiry levels and provides a superb ROI!

Exceptionally poor quality service. The firm fails to deliver API calls and over reports API calls made, failing to engage with technical teams on request.

Rude, patronising and do not allow you time to get back to them before they hound you with several calls, emails and texts. Bring back 360 Perspectives! They were so much nicer to deal with!! Poor customer service and the tone of emails is awful! Only 1 star because 0 stars isnt an option!

A very responsive and friendly mystery shopping company that are pleasure to work with. They have a variety of assignments, covering different sectors, and recently moved across to an online portal which is easier to manage. As ever the fees could be better, but that is true across the industry.
