They skirt the line criminally negligent - without doubt the worst lettings agent I have ever experienced. They hire cheap contractor who do poor work and then charge very high fees to the landlord. I would avoid like the plague

GoogleStirling Ackroyd has been fantastic through the purchase of my property. The agent, Matt Powell, was dedicated, supportive and exemplary in handling this complex and highly-charged sale that had its fair share of moments. I can't recommend this company enough for their professionalism and support.
