It is confusing to deal with so many different people accross different branches, and sometimes information gets lost along the way. I am grateful though for Daryl Bourgeois who is my go to person in the agency and always helps resolve any issues, whether they are in his direct line of work or not.

GoogleI have used Stirling Ackroyd for multiple long term lettings, and also bought a flat where they were the sales agent. Scott Murray on the letting side did a great job, performing very well getting me a great price on the flats. Matt Powell on the sale made things very efficient as well. Since I first used Stirling Ackroyd I have not used any other company.

Absolutely terrible experience with Stirling Ackroyd. Came into the flat without any permission on multiple occasions. Locked us out of our flat meaning we had to stay in a hotel overnight with none of our belongings. They then tried to make us wait until the office closed at 4pm before coming to open the door to let us in.
