TrustpilotPRE-PANDEMIC, PANDEMIC AND POST PANDEMIC LETTING MANAGEMENT AGENT
I OWN A PORTFOLIO OF APARTMENTS AND STIRLING ACKROYD SALES AND LETTINGS AGENTS HAVE BEEN PHENOMENOL DURING THE PANDEMIC AND POST PANDEMIC.THE 2 AMANGING PROFESSIONALS TIM AND ROMINDER BASED IN VIRGINIA WATER HAVE GONE OUT OF THEIR WAY TO LOOK AFTER BOTH THE TENANTS AND THE LANDLORDS INTERESTS (MYSELF, MR RAJIV SARNA) DURING THAT CHALLENGING TIME FOR ALL.IT IS MY PERSONAL VIEW THAT THEIR HONEST, CARING AND PROFESSIONAL ATTITUDE TO PROVING A SECOND TO NONE SERVICE IS A BREATH OF FRESH AIR.MR RAJIV SARNA ...LANDLORD

TrustpilotYoung Dynamic team at Nine Elms
We recently purchased a flat in Chelsea from Oliver Wilson in the Nine Elms branch . Although new to the world of residential property Oli dealt with our purchase in a professional efficient manner returning emails within the hour which is always a plus ! He was very proactive with finding out information with the overseas vendor and nothing was too much of a problem for him . Justin also helped us in Oli ‘s absence so all together a really great team at Nine Elms .. thanks guys !

TrustpilotThe excellent Stirling Ackroyd Shoreditch team
The team at Stirling Ackroyd in Shoreditch did a great job in marketing and selling my warehouse apartment. In particular, Nick demonstrated a depth of knowledge of the market, transaction values, proper comparable benchmarks of achieved values and a flexible approach to how to market the property to their comprehensive database of buyers. The entire sales team worked with prospective buyers professionally and kept me updated with outcomes of viewings and Nick then managed the process of offer to exchange efficiently. I would highly recommend the Stirling Ackroyd team to other property owners.

GoogleGreat service, Nick chased up every angle of my sale and worked very smoothly with the onward chain for my purchase. Helped find some solutions in quite tough times (such as the Hackney data breach and search suspension) to make sure the transaction was not at any increased risk.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

TrustpilotHad a wonderful experience with Nick…
Had a wonderful experience with Nick from west end. I found my dream apartment on right move UK and contacted the agent (Nick). He got back to me immediately and gave me a facetime tour + was able to answer every question I had thoroughly (even some of the less important ones such as apartment decor history and exact ceiling height). Nick worked with my flat mate and I closely to ensure we secured the apartment quickly. The whole experience was flexible and efficient and we couldn’t be happier. 10/10.

TrustpilotTERRIBLE! STAY AWAY!
Appalling, disgusting and insulting service is what I have come to expect from Stirling Ackroyd. I have been a landlord with them managing my property for the last three years, and my experience has been terrible at every turn.Clowns, jokers, and scam artists are how I would characterise every person I’ve interfaced with during my time with them. Do yourself a favour, and stay away from this pathetic, low-life, work-shy joke of a company.
