Good communication and honest updates - we bought through Stirling Ackroyd and found the process to be professional and helpful. We dealt with Nick, who would actually let us know where things were (inevitably) going wrong so we could then address them. That was very much appreciated.

GoogleVery good experience overall, as a landlord using Stirling Ackroyd as my letting agent. The team is responsive and focused - when I had a query about charges, this was investigated and resolved speedily and Abby Goopta has been very helpful in shepherding us all through the stages for the renewal of our rental agreements.

Awful awful experience, our solicitor Reyhan Caliskan was terrible to deal with. Had to set aside so much time every day to ring up, be ignored, have my time wasted, just to get her to reply to simple emails. Worst communication and customer service of my life. Avoid at all costs.

Mid-way through my tenancy, a new property manager, Letizia took over, and handled everything very well. She was very punctual with her communication and responses, always called back if unavailable and escalated all issues in a timely manner. I appreciate the high degree of professionalism with which she approached her job, and her timely communication between tenant and landlord also helped get things done as quickly as possible.

Our moving experience was great, we can’t fault the professionalism, communication and quick response times of Joel, Jack and Martin, nothing was to much trouble, they were friendly and helpful and always got back to us quickly. Jack and Martin dealt with any questions or issues we had so well, they are both an asset to the estate agents, they really went above and beyond when chasing up our sellers solicitors etc. I would definitely recommend and would use again in the future, thank you!

This is my second time dealing with the letting team at Stirling. I chose them to let & manage my flat. The first prospective tenant offered the full amount & took an 18 month lease! So literally one day of marketing it was gone. Fabulous service. Knowledgeable, professional, friendly & above all available for queries & help & advice. Have been working with Stirling Ackroyd for 3 years now in the same flat. The renewals are easy and Abby is always willing to help. They answer your queries quickly and are patient with you if you need additional information or have questions. I would definitely work with them again if I were to move flats.
