GoogleBest estate agency i’ve ever dealt with as a landlord. They handle all of my properties dotted around london, always very professional and helpful. Any issues are sorted quickly and efficiently. Chaim is great at what he does, he is the person to get in contact with if you’re looking for a quick valuation to be scheduled, a new tenant to be found or anything else relating to your property. Always impressed with the quality and service New Wave Homes delivers.

Googledear LettingsNewWave homes I hope you are well. I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the scheduled viewing for the studio flat on 9/11/2025 at 2:20. I arrived before time and waited, but no one turned up to show me the property. I called the contact number provided, but my call was not answered. This was very unprofessional and caused an unnecessary inconvenience If you wasn't sure please stop playing to people because they have things to do Thank you,

GoogleNice clean propertys I've had a overal good experience with them they helped me get my foot in the door when it comes to renting i did have some issues with a bad Tennant at a previous property but in there defence they swiftly helped me move and if I ring them with any problem somebody is usually around the following day to sort it and they leave me be which I appreciate.

GoogleUnhappy with the service. Wasted my time, made me travel to the agency for then turn around and not explain clearly that the studio has been let. A waste of time, make sure you actually agree to anything before commuting for nothing. Abraham then hung up the call and was very rude. Claimed that the building had bad tenants and I shouldn't move there then why keep the bad tenants or even advertise if you do not intent to rent it? A waste of my time !

GoogleI just turned up for a viewing, which the guy was already running late by 1 hour. I waited around until then, I call his phone, he diverts my calls, ignores my texts messages, no answer nothing. Very unprofessional, wasting peoples time.
