Even better was their proactive team, who actively reached out to active buyers whose search criteria matched our home. Communication throughout the sale process was outstanding. Marcus and his team were brilliant throughout the whole process . The photos and listing did the house well and this was reflected in consistent large numbers of rightmove hits and physical viewings . When the initial sale fell through ( lower chain collapsed ) - despite Marcus’s sterling efforts to keep it on track the house was quickly relisted and viewings from immediately proceed able buyers meant we were able to proceed with our onward related purchase within a very short time . Throughout the process we were kept fully informed regarding viewings / feedback etc and any queries / phone calls were dealt with without delay . The expertise and hard work of this team shows and in the current housing market this a definitely a huge bonus .

I had been trying to view a flat in a retirement complex for my mother through another estate agent, who simply didnt get back to me, despite trying on several occasions. Thankfully I came across the same flat on Jeremy Leaf’s books and thank goodness I did. Marcus Brilliant (what a fantastic name!) was wonderful. Not only did he find a much more suitable place for my mother, but was so helpful during the whole process. We had a few problems with the legal side and Marcus was great at getting things moving.
