GoogleI don’t normally leave reviews, but it was hard not to after receiving such phenomenal service, it was absolutely amazing! Hanzala was so helpful in finding me new tenants and the maintenance service he provided was exceptional. I’ll definitely be continuing to use services by Homespro and I would highly recommend it to anyone seeking to buy or rent accommodation in London! Thank you once again Homespro, such a delight working with you :)

GoogleWe stayed in a property run by these guys for over 5 years. We found them very responsive to any issues we had and great to deal with. We loved the property itself which was we'll maintained. After leaving the deposit was paid back promptly, questions were answered quickly, and our request for a reference was replied to immediately. I'd very much recommend Salim and the team.

GoogleNo help with my council tax, as I am currently a student, and basically just gave me the runaround. The mattress was shot, and I was told to take care of replacing it myself. I informed them that my light switch was broken, and they never fixed it after saying they would. They would take weeks and multiple attempts to return messages. Ignored my request for the landlord's contact information. (required by law) I did receive my deposit back promptly, but overall I would say that as a tenant I would avoid dealing with them again.NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleI have been a HomesPro tenant for the last 6 years and have just moved on. Salim & Hanzala are extremely professional, responsive and good-hearted. I had a couple of maintenance issues during my tenancy and these were cleared up quickly and easily.

GoogleI have been dealing with Homespro for a number of years now, from them finding and vetting tenants, to them helping me find an engineer in an emergency has undoubtably, been a God send. Hanzala has always gone above and beyond, they’ve been operating in the area for large number of years, they know the market and area very well, I would highly recommend them to landlords and future tenants.

GoogleHomespro have been looking after the rental of my flat for a few years now and it has made my life so much easier. From finding and vetting tenants, sorting deposits, maintenance, checkouts it's all done with the minimum of fuss. They've been operating in the area for decades so understand the market and have a fantastic team to fix whatever needs fixing

GooglePossibly the worst year of my life living in a property managed by this company- left without a flushing toilet for a fortnight. Impossible to get in touch with them. Dreadful.
