We had the pleasure of dealing with Devon who showed us around our future home. He gave us the time to view the property at our own pace, was friendly and knowledgeable and did not try to apply any pressure or sales tactics during the viewing. Following the viewing, we liaised with Devon who helpfully assisted us through the offer stage. We were then put into contact with Stan, the Lettings Manager, who progressed our offer incredibly quickly and we were able to sign for the flat less than 3 hours after viewing.
