Dexters were extremely helpful in selling our flat. Will was very impressive when we met him and provided the most ambitious valuation. After we appointed Dexters we dealt mostly with team of sales consultants who were very professional. Unlike most sales agents we met before appointing Dexters, Sarah was authentic and genuine, managing to find a buyer before the property was listed. Throughout the sales process we were supported by Elle, who I could not recommend more highly. She is a great communicator, very diligent and a calm presence in what was a stressful transaction.

Repair of Side Gate

During the repair process of a side gate, Idis Plaatjies at Dexter was very helpful in calling me to keeping me update throughout the whole process from start to finish. This included making sure I was happy with the finished replaces from repair contractor Mr Totman who did a brilliant job restoring the side gate and gave advice to maintain it. A total cowboy outfit. I offered on a property which was accepted only to be told 2 days later they had a better off so unless i offered my best and final it will go to the new person. This is not acceptable and a total waste of time and effort. Thank god i had not expended money on solicitors as yet.

The performance of any company is defined by the performance of their employees. I didn't have great experience with Dexters to be honest initially. But since Danilo has become the property manager, everything is super smooth. Danilo is extremely professional, polite and considerate towards tenant's needs. So prompt in responding to emails and not missing any point. His communications skills are great plus he is easily approchable. He makes sure that your issues/questions are resolved and follows up on it. He is honestly the best broker I have ever dealt with. Dexters need to re-examine their staff and need to hire more leads like Danilo in order to stand out in the market. Excellency at the peak, thank you!

The management of my flat was recently taken over by Dexters. I have been so impressed! Rachel Deacon-Holmes is my property manager and she has exceeded my expectations. My flat had not been properly managed previously and she had to quickly sort out some serious water damage. There have been a lot of other issues and both Rachel and Tom Bussman have been absolutely superb in assisting me in dealing with some overwhelming refurb works in order to bring my flat up to a particular standard. They have both responded promptly and given me honest advice in terms of getting and making the most of my flat. They have both been handed a tricky situation to sort out and they are doing it professionally and responsibly. for now it is still in the process of being done. Jessica-Joy has recently taken over coordination for my tenancy. I noticed a number of items in my rental either broken or malfunctioning because of aged appliances or routine wear and tear related breakdown.Jessica promptly arranged a site visit and verified details herself and wrote a comprehensive report to the landlord, which has resulted in the landlord successfully agreeing to fix a number of items on this list. I just want to thank Jessica Joy from Property Management Team. I am new to this city and rent my current apartment through a Dexter agent. However, I found there was no hot water for shower. Thanks for Jessica's timely services, my family could finally enjoy hot-water shower without boiling water myself after 2 weeks. Other than that, she also helped out on my other issues, like getting the parking license. I could totally feel her urgency of getting things done. Edit in March 25 I had a good experience with buying the current property , and having rental and selling valuation recently since I'm considering moving out. One star is for whoever calling me for a follow-up today (20 March). I have mentioned during the valuation and in another call (with the rental team) earlier that I'm not going to move out in a few months time as I'm sorting out my accommodation. Someone called me today (probably from the sales team) and asked me how's things going and I told him the same thing and said that I suspect things won't change before xxx of this year (xxx= certain month). You could tell he was not happy with that, slapped the phone with a "bye" then cut the call. I have been telling your colleagues about the property won't be available in the market soon both in the valuation meeting AND in a recent call. If you aren't happy about it then why bother calling a potential customer? Blocked Dexter's phone number and will not instruct them if I have to rent or sell the property. **** Sarah is very responsive and helpful in assisting me finding my first home in UK. She tried to understand my needs and requirements and not being aggressive in pushing me into something. She's willing to help further chasing the solicitor and communicate between the vendor and I. Highly recommend Dexters and specifically Sarah!

Always ask for Nadia, words cannot describe her tenacity in securing your dream property. After having to deal with a bunch of bumbling agents for months on end and getting nowhere, dealing with Nadia was a breath of fresh air. She was on the ball from day 1, she literally got me, the perfect flat in 3 days of our first conversation. 10 min walk from bank station, unheard off. She’s absolutely brilliant. She even put in so much time after hours to make sure things run smoothly, she was unbelievably helpful, charismatic, and just genuinely stunning all round. Definitely recommend.
