GoogleSpent 3 months looking for a property before making the move to london with other agents but couldn’t find anything suitable. Mahid from city and urban was an absolute treat, found a property within 2 weeks for us and was super helpful in making the switch. Make sure you ask for this lovely gentleman when visiting to get the best result for you and your family.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleNot many agents around who can be trusted to do what is right, offer the services you require, very thorough, and follow through with what they say. I have had too many bad experiences with agents in the past and these guys understand my position. I have been dealing with them for two years and so far no reason to not trust their integrity.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleBrilliant agency. After years of rubbish estate agents we are so glad to be with City and Urban. John our property manager is amazing- both during the moving in process and since we’ve been here he has always been professional and more importantly friendly- he’s made us feel like people not customers. He is truly an asset to the team. Highly recommend them!

GoogleI can't speak highly enough of City & Urban. I initially rented my place from Mahid and John has managed it since, to an exceptional standard. Any issues I've had have been promptly dealt with. They're extremely reliable and responsive. I would highly recommend to any potential renter or landlord.

GoogleJohn & the team at City & Urban are really friendly and responsive. We've had a few issues with our flat, as is normal, and they've dealt with all of them within a couple of days at most. Very happy with the service!

GoogleCon: - Late for viewing appointment - Lots of typos in all correspondence - Took over £3k off me and then gave the flat to someone else - Overall unprofessional Pro: - Did give me my money back, which, at that point, came almost as a surprise

GoogleThey've been very helpful with my check out experience and have been quite lovely throughout. I can say even after the very initial little inconveniences I've had with the flat they have behaved very professionally and in a trustworthy manner.

GoogleI don’t know how you hire “professional” agents like Philip. He was so rude we decided not to deal with this agency anymore.
