Very rude customer service over the phone. I have called twice, interested in renting a flat, they rudely asked me not to call again, that they would call me when they would be available and, guess what, they never did! The flat has been let and I was not given a chance to arrange a viewing.

I have been with Choice Homes as a tenant for the past 3 years and they have been nothing but professional, helpful, outstanding. Choice Homes has been efficient and responsive with any issues that I have had whilst living in the rented property. As a whole I recommend this agency to anyone wanting to rent a property in the London area. Choice Homes well done for being an amazing estate agency!

Choice Homes are the best, and truly the obvious choice in the Stoke Newington area. They are honest and responsive rented out our property extremely quickly. I can’t recommend them enough. Their fees are also very reasonable in comparison with others.

During the past 2 years in a property managed by Choice Homes, our landlord and agent Alex have been very responsive and they helped us to fix any kind of problem (replacing appliances and furniture) without any delay. Even the deposit has been returned quickly. I would strongly recommend this agency.

Moved out 3 months ago and still haven't received any deposit back with no explanation or reason. Over the phone they were really unprofessional, unresponsive and rude. I would give them no star if possible

The worst estate agent I have been with. They never reply to emails and is impossible to talk with the building manager in order to fix flat/building problems. Avoid them at all costs.
