GoogleReally happy we ended up renting one of the properties managed by Ben and his company. It's increasingly difficult to find landlords and agents who treat their tenants with respect and show genuine interest in their wellbeing. Ben and the crew are always on top of things, aleays responsive and ready give comprehensive updates on any issue. Keep it up! P.S Big shout out to Leszek for being the best handyman.

Recently finished our extension with Cates London. Ben advised us from start to finish and kept us informed during the works. He made the whole process stress free, within budget and we are super pleased with the results. Looking forward to working with you again on our next project! Had a couple of maintenance issues with my house that were ongoing for months due to covid. Luckily a colleague recommended Ben and I am very very happy. He responded within couple of hours and personally came to check the property on the same day. Ben identified all the faults and managed to fix them in a timely manner. Must say I was super impressed by his professionalism and attention to detail. Thank you

I have known Ben Cates for years with his expertise in Real Estate. He is professional, hard-working, communicative and most importantly, passionate about what he does. He has managed my flats in London, and helped out selling my previous house, from small steps such as getting professional photos taken, to the final completion. I couldn't recommend Ben enough to any of whom wants to have their properties well looked after, to feel reassured that your properties are in good hands.

GoogleTerrible experience trying to book a viewing for a property. I contacted them twice over the phone and was told I would receive a call to confirm a viewing for the following week on two separate occasions, and received no correspondence following these phone calls at all. After taking all of my details, I also received no responses to any emails I sent. If I could leave 0 stars, I would.
