GoogleWe've rented for a year now and been very happy with our property - newly redecorated when we moved in and any issues resolved very quickly. All of the staff are very friendly and professional, they provide a proper service. Particular shout out to Duncan & Laila who have looked after us since we moved in, also for welcoming our puppy into the house.

GoogleWe had a fantastic experience living with the Benyon Estate for nearly 3 years. The team are very friendly, helpful, professional and quick to help with any issues. Our flat was finished to an incredible standard and we loved living there. De Beauvoir is a brilliant place to live with a great sense of community. We'd certainly recommend the area and the Benyon Estate to anyone moving to London.

GoogleBenyon estate agency uses Wild West methods. At the beginning of the first lockdown, my roommate decided to leave, so they asked me to do the same or pay the full rent. I was stuck there because of the situation and had to pay a rent far beyond my means for several months. Taking advantage of a global pandemic and making money on people's misfortune is nameless. Shame on you.

GoogleI have been living in a flat belonging to the Benyon Estate for two years and I love it. The flat is renovated to very high standard while keeping the charm of Victorian style houses. The team of the Benyon Estate is very helpful and attentive to any issue that could arise in the flat. The location is one of the very best in East London, very close to the centre but also to the most fun areas of London. The neighbourhood is very beautiful and there is a large sense of community, safety and nature!

GoogleAs a company they are reasonably well organised. The houses are quite charming period places. Most of the staff are friendly and nice with the exception of the current lettings agent who I found to be particularly unpleasant. However as a landlord it is incumbent on them to provide proper maintanance services.It's unacceptable for a tenant to have to request multiple times for basic repairs to be done. Mr Benyon is rich enough without having to skimp on costs. Have a google for 'benyon estate millionaire' if you want to read the history of how the estate came into their posession. It wasn't through hard work! I told the estate that there was mold in the house which in spite of doing everything we could, kept reoccurring. I informed them it was likely to cause me serious health problems but they didn't even bother to reply to my email. This happened numerous times. The one time I met Richard Benyon the only thing he could think to say to me was to encourage me to give him even more money and rent a tiny desk from him for £400/month in his coworking space.
