Had a wonderful experience with Nick from west end. I found my dream apartment on right move UK and contacted the agent (Nick). He got back to me immediately and gave me a facetime tour + was able to answer every question I had thoroughly (even some of the less important ones such as apartment decor history and exact ceiling height). Nick worked with my flat mate and I closely to ensure we secured the apartment quickly. The whole experience was flexible and efficient and we couldn’t be happier. 10/10.

Appalling, disgusting and insulting service is what I have come to expect from Stirling Ackroyd. I have been a landlord with them managing my property for the last three years, and my experience has been terrible at every turn.Clowns, jokers, and scam artists are how I would characterise every person I’ve interfaced with during my time with them. Do yourself a favour, and stay away from this pathetic, low-life, work-shy joke of a company.

Excellent standard of service offered by Ashley Grey. Issues, queries and questions have always been answered promptly.From tenancy agreement to tenancy management the overall management service is prompt and very professional. I would have given five star, but due to their charging policy of producing annual rent summary is very bad. We have been charged £70 for this computer generated soreadsheet. We get such reports free of cost by other estate agents we use. I do hope Stirling Ackroyd will review the policy of charging Landlords.

Stirling Ackroyd Guildford deducts money form your rental deposits with no real proof. Once you show them that their calculations is incorrect they just blame their accounting department and never come back to you. They will keep your money for as long as they can. Its been more than 4 months now. I have sent 100s of emails and still nothing.

I want to say a big thank you to the team at Stirling Ackroyd, especially keo in the central team. We have spent a lot of time registering with estate agents to help us find our first property with no luck. Unfortunately the pandemic held us up and a lot changed with our finances due to this, but Stirling Ackroyd helped us get back out and looking thanks to the amazing knowledge and services they offer. We have now had an offer accepted on a property and the guidance and support we are receiving is still exceptional. Thank you everyone at Stirling Ackroyd!

I have used Stirling Ackroyd to both buy my flat, then let it and manage the property. Every member of staff I have come across has been superb, bar none. The purchase was made incredibly smooth with some great advice, the renting out was made incredibly easy by a very professional and knowledgeable letting staff, and Clive, in property management has been absolutely superb with any and every query either myself or my tenants have had. I would heartily recommend Stirling Ackroyd to anyone thinking of anything property related in the Borough/Shad Thames area!

I’ve always believed agents are very much the same, but when I was needing to get my parents estate valued for probate, Kieran Hogan really proved me wrong. The other estate agents spent very little time in understanding my situation and my needs, but Kieran discussed the process, offered me assistance with solicitors, and surveyor and also recommended a mortgage brokerage who could help me find a suitable mortgage when I start looking for somewhere to buy for myself. I will definitely be using Sterling Ackroyd when it’s time to sell and buy

I have very successfully let my flat in Borough for more than nine years through Stirling Ackroyd. Property Manager, Clive Martin, has been responsible, throughout most of that time, for dealing very speedily, efficiently and successfully with tenants on all issues arising during tenancies, with nothing being too much trouble in bringing about a successful outcome. Clive almost always manages to achieve the sometimes difficult objective of pleasing both landlord and tenant at the same time. I count myself very fortunate to have benefitted over such a continuous long-term period from the efficient management and sound advice that he has unstintingly provided.

The service offered by the Guildford branch was far from perfect. They were disorganised and could not keep an accurate track of what was going on with regards to a rental property.I had to escalate the matter to the head office and the Head Of Customer Experience. At this point there was a noted step change with accurate records and information and detailed feedback to the questions raised. The lady resolved the issues completely and listen to our concerns. She then set about putting thins in place to rectify the issues so they do not happen again to others.This whole thing was not the most pleasurable experience whilst renting a property but it was fully resolved to our satisfaction which is all I could ask

First of all this is my first to be in the UK. I'm really glad that I was assigned to Melissa Koleosho. When I moved to the property, I noticed some issue with the kitchen and I didn't know who to call or who to contact. Then Melissa, the property manager, contacted me to check if everything is fine. I told her about the that kitchen issue, she acted immediately and sent out someone to fix it. It turned out that we need the approval of the landlord for some parts replacement. She reached out to the landlord in no time and got the approval. She was very responsive and kept me posted with everything, which what I really wanted.And that's my humble experience.All the best to everyone
