Mid-way through my tenancy, a new property manager, Letizia took over, and handled everything very well. She was very punctual with her communication and responses, always called back if unavailable and escalated all issues in a timely manner. I appreciate the high degree of professionalism with which she approached her job, and her timely communication between tenant and landlord also helped get things done as quickly as possible.

Our moving experience was great, we can’t fault the professionalism, communication and quick response times of Joel, Jack and Martin, nothing was to much trouble, they were friendly and helpful and always got back to us quickly.
