The staff at SimpleyLet have been really helpful. I'm now in my final year at Surrey Uni and I couldn't be happier with our house. I wish I rented with SimplyLet last year. I didn't have a good experience or a good rental agreement last year with the landlord. Since moving in Ben has been super and George has been helpful too. Also, I appreciate they attend to my requests within a short time period. Again, comparing with last year, my land lord didn't really care and the agency working for him didn't sort out half the problems with the house. SimpleLet have considerate maintenance staff who assisted us quickly. Had a plumbing issue last month which left us with cold water for a few hours but that was quickly resolved. Apart from that it's all good. I especially wanted to make sure I get a good deal with my four housemates after our bad experience last year and I'm super glad we did.

Simplylet are great. I'm a Post Grad student whose dealt with a number of landlords and estate agents providing poor services. The Simplylet staff, Ben and Bob in particular, have been exceptionally helpful and shown a lot of care for me and my house mates. We were well looked after!

Really helpful
