Poor service

The charges were extremely high and because of this I expected impeccable service. I received emails for non payment of rent even after sending proof of payment. The agents made apologies for this but the situation kept escalating. It was so annoying and very intrusive to peaceful enjoyment of the property. I also have been waiting 2 months now and have not received any information on my deposit after vacating the house.
