I approached James and what he offered was nothing like any of the other agents. The first attraction was the reasonable price. The second was the way he was going to present the flat. He treat the flat as if it was a £1m house. Attention to detail about the flat and the local area really helped it stand out. We got a buyer very quickly and James kept me fully advised and informed throughout the whole negotiation and sale. Knowledge of the area and the trade made him perfect to sell this flat.
