GoogleBeen with a few property managements over recent years, but I have never experienced such bad management as this company!! Who thinks it's ok to send abusive and rude emails and will be prepared to tell constant lies on behalf of their clients. Worse experience was when I complained about the gas boiler needing a servicing as displayed on the screen and also was making loud banging noises which all their response was it has a gas safety certificate so it wasn't until I refused to pay my rent and get an independent gas safety company to come and check for my families well-being that they decided they would finally arrange for a plumber which took 3 weeks!!! That is just one of the many issues. I do hope other tenants do not have to experience their customers service as they only contact you when it suits them or when you refuse to pay the rent because of outstanding issues that this company overlooks

Watershed Property doesn’t manage your property and it’s not our responsibility to deal with your management issues while living in the property however we took it upon ourselves to assist you accordingly by reporting all your issues to your landlord who is responsible for the property management. We were only providing a rent collection only service to your landlord. We spelt this out to you on several occasions. Your landlord made it known to us that you didn’t act in a tenant like manner and that you persistently damaged her property alongside defaulting on rent payment hence why you were served a quit notice. We are happy to confirm that all the rent withheld has been awarded to be fully paid back to the landlord after an intense legal proceeding against you. Tenants like you should be avoided by all means as you won’t rent with a good intention. We wish you all the best.Thank you.

GoogleNOT RESPONSIVE AND DISAPPOINTING
They do not answer the calls (Tried calling them on all the numbers they have and many times ) and do not communicate well.
i have wasted a week time hoping that i will get the property.
and after sharing the documents and after many chasers on mails and messages i get an on Friday that they cant show the property.
what a waste of time and effort.
i have been writing emails and messages daily to rent the property but they are not really helpful.
What a shame -- Very Disappointed..... :(
Lies and trying to change the story completely.
Don't trust them , i have the email evidence where they asked for the documents pay slips, bank statements , ID prof and Cleary they said what amount i have to pay to block the house in the email and i wanted to pay that so that i can book the house for my self before its given to someone else.
I Dint agree with you saying that you scheduled appointment for viewing, i asked if you can arrange viewing on Saturday and after that you said you will check and get back but no response.
i have been waiting for your appointment and trying to reach you daily over email , when you are not responsive for emails that is when i calling to check the status hopping that you will pick the call and tell me if you have any appointment scheduled to view the property.
don't say i have been you harassing that's sounds stupid, after you said you are not able to arrange viewing i did not chase you.
they don't have min decency to call me an inform what happened instead they are respond to my review.
you had time to write a review but did not have time to respond to my emails , that's a shame , if you have spent same amount of time to write me an email to communicate i would have been more then happy . then it would have been effective communication.
i want to rent the property as per Government Rules and regulations that the reason i have provided the documents , i pay tax and bills on time. as evidence i have provided the Company pay slip and the current water and electricity bill as requested on the email by watershed, i follow the procedures that's the reason i have requested if i can visit on Saturday and if not Saturday i asked if i can send my cousin to do the visit on my behalf as i work on weekdays for which you agreed on the email.
Check emails before you accuse someone falsely , Please check with my current owner and Agent they will give feedback about me Im responsible person , pay bills without fail and pay rent a day before the due date and following the rules and provided the documents as per gov regulations.
Shame of you Watershed Property .
i had to write this because of the amount of frustration i have gone through , i had lot of hopes that i will get the property and i have wasted my time because of your ineffective communication.

Hello Sandeep,
You made a phone enquiry and viewing was offered to you but you said you were not available to attend. You then offered to pay us money without viewing the property, which we strongly advised you against.
You kept on harassing us with calls, texts and sending emails despite a team member response to you after a long conversation over the phone .
Our final email to you dated 3rd of February was that we were sorry that we couldn’t confirm viewing availability for this Saturday due to viewings fully booked.
We provided you with all the requirements to rent a property in England but we didnt asked you to send your documentation.
If we didn’t answer calls, so how did you get to send us an email which was responded to.
Despite all the explanation you kept on harassing us with calls and text messages which is utterly unacceptable.
We communicated effectively with you but because you couldn’t have your way it became a big problem.
Also we noticed that you were not ready to go through the legally required government legal procedure of renting a property but instead you just kept on offering us money and that’s not within our code of conduct.

We allowed you two months to get a mortgage offer but you couldn’t get an offer, the vendor withdrew the sale. We offered you similar properties but you didn’t get back. It was beyond our control.
