GoogleI’m writing this review based on my recent experience while staying at my nan’s property, which she rents through Gaff Estate.
The incident happened on Sunday, 19th October, at 2:25 PM, and I immediately informed my landlord. Since it was Sunday, I couldn’t reach Gaff Estate by phone, so I emailed them with evidence at 3:11 PM. I received no response until Monday morning when I called around 9:55 AM and spoke with someone whose name I didn’t catch. He said one of his colleagues would be in touch. Later that day, I spoke with Adam, and our conversation went well.
To keep a record, I followed up by email since I couldn’t record the call. Instead of helping, I later received a long warnings email from Roza blaming me for initiating the issue which was completely untrue. I replied to explain the misunderstanding and requested a meeting, but the next available slot wasn’t until Saturday. Meanwhile, our belongings are still on the floor.
I’m disappointed with how this situation has been handled slow responses, false assumptions, and poor support for tenants. This experience has been extremely frustrating and unprofessional.

GoogleDespite of all negative reviews I gave a try and enquired about a studio for 2 of us. They took every details they wanted and said will arrange a viewing for Saturday once they confirm with the landlord they’ll give me a call back. I waited but didn’t got a call back & I called them the next day & was informed that it is only available for a single person. Such a terrible agents they are, they themselves don’t know the details of their own properties that they’re holding & don’t even bother calling back. Avoid at any cost 😤

Saturday afthernoon i booked a property view with harry and adam, I wanted to see it on Sunday and they told me it was not possible as they don't work on Sunday and they booked my view for next wednesday, so today (monday) I called them at 8.30 am to ask if I could see the property today to make the process faster and another agent told me the property was gone... and nobody told me anything about it, otherwise Wednesday i would have attended my view wasting my time

Today visited a property listed by this agency, and I was extremely disappointed with the experience. First, they provided me with the wrong address, forcing me to walk 15 minutes to the actual location. Once I got there, I was shown a completely different, smaller room than what was advertised online. This felt like a clear case of false advertising.
When I confronted the agent about the misleading information, they simply apologised. Overall, it was a waste of time and a very frustrating experience. I do not recommend this agency, as their lack of professionalism and honesty is evident!
Avoid at all costs! I wish I could give them no star.

The agents did not show up as they had either "forgotten" or had nobody in the area, even after emailing us a time to view. If it's happened to us twice, how many times has it happened before? Very disconcerting, disheartening and a waste of our time. Property owners using this agency please beware....

GooglePoor service, selfish people just want to take your money and after that don't care what is happening with you! First they didn't even show me the house just sent me to the address without any information. After I rented and left the house I didn't receive my deposit back because there was a mold in the room and the landlord blamed me like I've made it... The agency literally just told me "Get over it!" ...

Not only we went above and beyond to get you accommodated into the property as you were homeless, we carried out viewings after working hours for yourself when you first initially viewed the property. Regarding your deposit, the deposit was returned to yourself with a very minor deduction as the property was not looked after and the landlord had to get works carried out. dump for £1550 p/m what shouldn’t have higher value than £900 just because you have to redo and repaint and super deep clean everything to feel at least ok. I’ve been told might be something but never got any help really.
Very disappointing and will not recommend this agency at all.

Later had to call 10 times to find out property off the market + person who picked up the phone was simply unpleasant.
