Assisted in progressing the sale for my client, in a professional and courteous manner. Kept communication open and pleasant. Chased otherside (buyer's solicitor) when needed to. Monika Piszczyk handled the replacement…

Monika Piszczyk handled the replacement of the boiler in my flat which is being rented out. From the outset, Monika was extremely professional and also had a very affable way about her which made the whole process, which could have been very stressful, manageable. Monika definitely gave me a "sleep easy" factor as I felt very assured that this big and costly project was in good hands. Furthermore, Monika dealt with a post-completion error quickly and with minimal fuss which really sealed it for me.

Great Experience

I experienced a few initial difficulties with one of the letting agents, but everything changed for the better once Ryan Campbell took over my "case". Years of mould issues finally sorted

We have been renting our current property for almost 5 years and have had mould issues since the beginning of our tenancy. It was not until Monika Piszczyk took over the management of our property, did we finally get our severe mould issues sorted. Monika, with her determination and hard work, managed to get our landlord to finally agree to put in the money to install proper ventilation, get mould treatment and redecoration done. I listed my property in Greenwich with Dexters and it had an offer made on it within 2 weeks. Although it wasn’t the price I was initially after (20k below) I knew the market was tough and mortgage rates were high (bearing in mind I wanted it sold asap). Additionally, At the time they had a great deal on meaning there was no cost applied to selling it via Dexters given it was sold within the 4 month timeframe- and to my delight it was sold within approximately 9 weeks! Great turn around, amazing communication from the agents (thank you to Rhiannon) and an overall 5 star review from me. Thank you team dexters for making the sale a smooth and seamless experience

viewing arranged fine. day of viewing phone call to say go to second site first and then the first . no one turned up so i phone office. then viewing person who justs works weekend turned up ,she said been waiting at other property!. problem with communication from dexters staff? shown property that had broken in door with padlocks added and surrounding wood frame all broken.

Excellent Property Management Service

I am very happy with the property management service provided by Dexter and I would like to give a special shout out to the Senior Property Manager, Petros Giorganios. There was an appliance broken in my apartment and needed repair service. Throughout the process, Petros followed up my case closely, give me clear instructions and options on what I could do/choose to get repair done. He would give me phone calls to clarify and explain the situation, like how I should arrange parking space in my property estate and make sure I got it right. During the phone call, he is very polite and explain things to me patiently.

My self and my husband had made the decision to value our property by 3/4 local estate agents. By far Dexter’s was the best so professional and I knew at that stage I wanted to instruct with them. George at the Hendon branch and Isabell were the two individuals we had the pleasure of dealing with. As much as I didn’t enjoy the process of selling and buying they could not have done any more to be supportive and professional. First tenancy experience

First of all I have no previous experience to compare with but I as per my opinion Dexters really tries to provide good service. There are minuses and pluses, but in general I have a good opinion about this company.I was checking in my apartment but it was not clean at all. Dexters could manage cleaning service of the carpets on the 24 of Dec right before Christmas.But after check in I have been receiving a good assistance from Property Management as well as Maintenance teams.Many thanks to Jada Palmer for her willingness to help, address the issues and quick communication with the owner of apartment.
