GoogleAs a first time renter I was anxious about what to expect from an estate agent. I honestly had an excellent journey from viewing to signing documents and key hand over. Not everything went to plan, and there were moments in which I was sure there was no solution but Dean handled these issues really well, found solutions quickly and put my mind at ease. Buying a property being sold via Dexters was one of the worst experiences of my life. They failed to determine that the property they were selling had a Japanese knotweed issue costing us time and money. We were constantly harassed for updates even after we had given them, then threatened with the seller choosing another bidder. I will never go near this Estate Agent again.

I sold my flat in Surbiton this summer through Dexters. The price we received for it was a lot less than the asking price but the service they provided during the sale was very efficient and professional. Various staff members dealt with this, (including Harry, Archie, Jo, Nina and Chrissie), and I was very happy with the contact I had with each one.

Landlords beware!!! Thanks to this company ignoring instructions and locking me into a two year fixed priced contract with no break clauses I am losing money. But they of course are only interested in securing themselves for two years. Never heard of no break clauses but Dexters look after themselves. BEWARE OF HENDON OFFICE!!!

Incompetent top to bottom.I rent out nearly 30 properties with Dexters and have done so for a number of years. Their letting service has always been very patchy but recently they have surpassed themselves by getting pretty much every transaction wrong. Go elsewhere (as I am going to do).

Connor and Martin have called to confirm if there are any concerns. Tbh we have very good tenants as they keep the property well and I am good to them too repairing things rapidly when needed. This makes our relationship work well. The agents also make sure that both the tenants and landlord have their needs met.
