Kalpesh went far beyond the role of a standard estate agent, solving complex issues behind the scenes and providing a steady hand through a very difficult move. ​Kalpesh delivered a level of personal service that is incredibly rare in the property world. From the very beginning, he took full ownership of the entire process, not just the straightforward parts, but the complicated, stressful, and unpredictable moments too. ​When things went wrong behind the scenes with other parties (and at times they went spectacularly wrong), Kalpesh didn’t shy away. He worked tirelessly in the background, coordinating with our solicitors, the buyer’s solicitors, and the buyer himself, smoothing out their issues before they could even land on our shoulders. ​We were also dealing with significant personal challenges during this period, and Kalpesh showed genuine empathy and consideration. He stepped in exactly where we needed support, keeping everything moving when it could easily have fallen apart. He even went above and beyond by calling the estate agent and owner of the house we were buying to provide updates and reassurance. ​His commitment and communication made a massive difference. Kalpesh didn’t just act as an agent; he was a steady hand through a very difficult time. ​If you want a team that will genuinely get you where you need to go, I cannot recommend Kalpesh and Changingproperty.com highly enough. ​Thank you, Kalpesh!

There were quite a lot of issues with the property I moved into, as well as delays with viewing it. I reported these, however, and Kalpesh got everything sorted. Whilst I was a little concerned that this hadn't been sorted prior to me moving it, it was clear he genuinely cared about getting it sorted as soon as possible and made sure that it was done, which was very much appreciated
