Bit of a story about details, but given Neil Clerk are involved in transactions of significant value, details NEED to be right. I'm looking for a house or flat in Gourock. Arranged a viewing with ANOTHER estate agent Friday (I'm not local) but Neil Clerk advised they had no viewings until Saturday. Not their problem and really is fair enough. The Home Report was delayed ( a clerical error I believe) an important detail and delay. Requested Home Report booked a hotel to view ONLY to be told none available. Explained events and their part in that. "Do you want to view Tuesday ? There was no leeway or acceptance of their part, it was NOT entirely there's but, a lttle leeway or common sense would have seen a serious potential buyer included (for the vendor). None available. Hope I enjoy my hotel stay. Vendors take note.

Absolute disgrace of a company,, phoned to complain regarding my neighbours garden as requires trees looked at which is the landlords responsibility and sheds falling down overgrown grass etc and was met with a highly unprofessional girl on the phone who not only got my name wrong twice but laughed at me on the phone,, absolute disgraceful how to treat someone,, avoid at all costs
