GoogleThe team at CS properties have made my full experience a positive one. I was always kept up to date with the process, improvements being made to the property prior to my lease commencing and were always on hand to answer any questions. The property was handed over in great condition and I know I can contact them if I need any help. Thank you again to Cathy and the team for making the whole process run so smoothly.

Arrived at an arranged viewing of a property in Wemyss Bay: - which was 1.5hours travel each for my partner and I - each missing time from work and - also had to pay at a nearby car park for the vehicles, Only to be met by no one and the property in darkness. I’d confirmed our attendance at 2.50pm when I received a phonecall from the office, I said we were on our way and would be there as close to our appt time as we could (4pm) however, due to some bad traffic we may be slightly late. We arrived, however, at 4.04 to darkness. When I called the office at 4.09 after waiting in the rain for 5 mins, I was told that they thought we weren’t coming and had left. We are so annoyed and it was a total waste of time. The company have no respect for hard working people’s time. Very disappointed!

If you're looking for a property management firm that genuinely cares about their clients and delivers excellent service, I highly recommend CS properties. They exceeded my expectations and made the entire experience a positive one.

GoogleI’ve been a tenant for a few months now , they made the moving process very easy , and have responded to any issues I’ve had with the property ( plumbing ) very quickly to resolve them . I would recommend them as a letting agent :)
