GoogleI recently commissioned Kenneally's to find me a new tenant as the existing family were moving out. After being listed on the Friday, a new tenant was confirmed on the Monday with the remaining checks complete that week. It couldn't have gone any smoother! 2021 Update: I recently asked Nick to sell my house. The pictures taken were great and I felt presented the house really well. 8 viewings viewings were booked in the first 3 days with offers following. Nick gave a very good service and I ultimately sold with no issues.

GoogleTerrible. We had one house inspection in 2 and a half years, they would avoid me at all costs and only deal with my wife. We initially asked for permission to keep a cat in the property but sadly decided to let him go to Cats Protection and then my wife told one of the Keneally staff on the phone.... how shocked were we to be charged £50 by the TDS for a professional clean when we left because Keneally had told them we had a cat on the premises. Not worth taking to court for my £50. They tried to charge me £150 for damage to doors that was already on the inventory when we moved in which the TDS would have seen right through but they seemed to want to drag out the return of my deposit as much as possible. Nicks wife is a solicitor so you'll get the 'my wife's a solicitor so you just need to do as I say' attitude. As a previous poster said - they will try and charge you for 'wear and tear' which is not allowed, they can only charge you for malicious damage, not for wear and tear through enjoyment of the property. I can see why tenants wreck properties, we were a great tenant that looked after the place and cleaned when we left yet we were treated like pond scum. Avoid them at all costs or just assume your deposit is an expense and lost once paid.
