GoogleKeneally is a professional managing real estate company. I used to rent an apartment from them. During three years I couldn’t complain for their service. The team is nice and so helpful especially for foreigners. Easy contact to the team if you need to talk or raise an issue they always respond. There were no problems during checkout. I recommend this company.

GoogleWe can highly recommend Nick and his team at Kenneally Property Services. Having been new to the rental industry they have guided us through the procedures and advised us along the way. We have found Nick's approach very friendly and professional at all times. In addition to the services you would expect from an agency, Nick has personally gone out of his way to help us prepare the property for rental and has secured the right tenants for us. We are extremely happy with the excellent service we have received and would not hesitate to recommend.

GoogleHaving recently used Kenneally Property Services to both let a property and to rent ourselves, I would highly recommend Nick and his team. When we decided to rent our property out Nick found us a tenant immediately. The whole process for both letting and renting has been excellent, being kept up to date throughout, and whenever we messaged Nick with a question, he would always respond without delay. A very efficient, professional and friendly service.

GoogleReally impressed with the full service from Nick and the wider team at Kenneally Property Services. Always quick to respond with any issues, of which there are few. Even went the extra mile for me when my house purchase was unexpectedly delayed and extended my tenancy which took away a significant amount or worry and stress. Would highly recommend the company even to friends and family - Thanks again KPS!!!

GoogleI have had the pleasure of being a purchaser of a house previously managed and then marketed by Kenneally Property Services. From the moment of organising a viewing to the moment of Completion, all the staff have been friendly, communicative, polite and efficient. All communication by phone, email or text responded to my queries quickly and effectively. The difference between Kenneally and other property agents I encountered as a customer, was being dealt with as an individual looking for a home and not a commodity off which to make money. I rate them very highly. Thank you Keanneally!

GoogleNick and his team have been professional, courteous and helpful from the start with their guidance and setup. Communication is second to none, and it’s clear as an agency they’re willing to make the process as easy as possible. Their experience in the industry is invaluable, and the relationships they hold across a wide spectrum help to source the right set of tenants for your requirements. I highly recommend Kenneally Property Services as the preferred agent.

GoogleFriendly and down to earth team. Quick to reply to queries. Remedied much untrust with letting agencies after years of being in unmanaged subpar student lets.

GoogleI used Nick and his team earlier this year to both sell and rent a property and I couldn't be happier with the service provided. I found them all to be professional, efficient and friendly to deal with. Nick had to go above and beyond to get us into our chosen rental property for which I am extremely grateful. I would certainly recommend them to anyone.

GoogleExcellent experience. The team are professional, timely, cooperative, honest, transparent, and pleasant to work with. They promptly addressed any issues I had. The flat is also spectacular to say the least. I’m gutted to be moving out sooner than I thought, but very glad to have worked with them.
