A fantastic, family run local business that has been around forever. I grew up in Perivale and walked by Peter Gamble on Bilton Road countless times as a kid. Then I grew up, got my own flat and rented it out with them. Eventually they …

I have used Peter Gamble & Co in Perivale for letting and selling property for a number of years now and can honestly say all the staff there give a great service and attention to detail. We have just sold a property through them and have exchanged contracts and all went through very smoothly.

Witch-ever problem we had it was fixed in couple days time. She was really caring for our well being in this house. I would strongly recommend this agency to everyone.

Daniella was 'our' agent for more than 3 years. She is amazing, always very helpful, responsive, willing to help and resolve any issues. The same is valid for the other ladies in the office. We would definitely stay with Peter Gamble if we did not need to move out of London.

My husband and I purchased our first house from Peter Gamble 27 years ago and most recently we sold that same house using their proffesional assistance. We were so impressed with the service received from Peter Gamble all those years ago that we had no hesitation in contacting them to help us sell our home. They are an amazing team, very professional, responsive and excellent communication skills. They never failed to update us on the status of the sale of our home and the purchase of another. Very reasonable charges and we highly recommend this estate agent if you are looking to sell, buy or rent a property. Thank you all at Peter Gamble & Co.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism, Value

Everything went smoothly and fast. Quick responses to small fixes on the house. After a while they just don't care. I had a problem with water infiltration with over a year to be fixed and still nothing was done.

I've been with these guys for around 4 years and over two different flats. They're an absolutely amazing team, they're very helpful and always responsive. They charge reasonably, as opposed to majority of agencies, and it's worth every penny - all the documents and procedures were safely in place and thanks to that I have not had any problems. They're also very friendly and caring, you can tell the team there is like a family and that they've worked together long. Unlike all the 'highly impersonal' dealings I've had with agents over the years the team at PG pays attention to people as individuals and this makes a huge difference. After all, it is your home they help you rent (in my case), and it is very personal. I have now moved in with my partner and do not require agency any more, but I will definitely be coming back when I'm ready to buy a property. Highly recommended. BEWARE any house sellers

Should be NO STARS! BEWARE any house sellers you are not getting all the viewings! As a potential purchaser of a property in Perivale I asked to view 2 properties. Yes a property will need to be sold (as in most cases) but no mortgage application needed and yet refused the viewings of those properties as Peter Gamble deems us “not proceedable”. Surely, it is up to the sellers whether they accept our offer or another person’s offer! Seems to me that properties are being kept for particular kinds of ‘special’ people associated with Peter Gamble. Sellers want to sell their property not have people refused to even view. There are many more estate agents where I can view properties but I will NEVER contact Peter Gamble again.

The worst agency ever. I've rent a studio 4 years ago and I had no heating, the boiler was broken and the kitchen was full of mice. They did absolutely nothing to help and I had to leave after a year. I wouldn't recommend!!!
