Hello & welcome to EweMove estate agent in Greenford. I am Shiva, the branch director and your personal agent. A bit about me first, I have been living here in Greenford since 2009. I have made many friends from across the world since I moved to Greenford. I have always been interested in property. I knew that, as soon as I passed my MBA, I'd jump head first into this career, and I haven't look back since! When I started out, the first thing I learnt was that nearly everybody who sold, or bought their home, had a terrible experience with Estate Agents! I knew I could do better... And so, EweMove Greenford was born in 2020! It turned out that it really isn't hard to give people the home moving journey they deserve, and expect. All you need to a positive outlook, respect, and communication! Keeping those three things front-of-mind, have given me the tools to help hundreds of people in Greenford find their dream home, and sell theirs for the best price possible, all while actually enjoying the experience. She was super accommodating, understanding and the kindest person i have come across in my house buying journey. She kept me updated throughout and as a First Time Buyer was beyond patient with my many questions. GoogleLast year I decided to leave my childhood and family home to move closer to family. It was a difficult decision to make but Shiva and Madeline at Ewemove guided me through the process and dealt with every setback in a calm and reassuring manner. I cannot praise or thank them enough for their professionalism, courtesy and friendship. I can highly recommend the services of Ewemove Greenford.

This has been the quickest and most efficient process as Divya took her time to help and communicate with me every day to update me with the processes. She is a very lovely lady with outstanding communication with a great understanding. Divya has been extremely kind and supportive throughout the letting process as we had not expected the letting process to be so smooth and tenant-friendly.

FacebookFrom start to finish Shiva, gave us 110% service. He achieved above and beyond the sale price of our property. We were in constant contact with each other, with updates and communication as a whole was excellent. We can not praise the service we received and our sale was completed in March 2022. Having lived in Greenford for 50+ years and having dealt with a few local estate agents, we would highly recommend Shiva and his team without any hesitation. We will definitely be using Shiva and EweMove Estate Agents again.

GoogleI highly recommend Ewemove estate agent for renting the property. As a first-time property rental client via estate agent, I had a lot of questions and concerns. Our agent Renata was incredibly patient, understanding, helpful and her proactive approach, along with his friendly and professional demeanor, made the entire process smooth. She took the time to explain every detail and her negotiation skills were top-notch. Renata has been very supportive and truly exceptional throughout, I'm impressed with the level of support I received to arrange the viewing, getting the electrician, gas engineer, cleaner to get the property ready for rental within few weeks. She was extremely knowledgeable about the local market and made the whole process feel effortless. She guided us through each step, making sure we understood everything. We canβt thank her enough!

GoogleAgent Renata behaved very unprofessional ever since she got a better offer than ours, she stopped responding to our calls/msgs. Until she didn't get any offer, she would call and msg and showed urgency to get us ahead with property even when were on our holidays. Very unprofessional, be cautious all.
