What can I say . Absolutely amazing service from day one we spoke with a young lady called Sienna and when we told her what we was looking for she found our house and with this she worked very fast and efficient to make sure we knew every step of the way what was happening from our offer being accepted to finally getting the keys to the front door . Sienna was an asset for the estate agents at Aldreds she really out did herself and would recommend using Aldreds to sell and buy a property experts were it is needed no hassle and definitely no lies all to their word. Aldred lettings have always been a delight and have made sure everything went very smoothly for me, making both renting and ending a tenancy to start a new one a very positive experience. I had viewed a property through Larkes at one point, which were very unhelpful and it was not a very professional interaction. There was no comparison when it came to Aldreds lettings. They have been so helpful and always made me feel that both the tenant and the landlords best interests were put first.

We listed our house for sale with Chris at Aldreds who is professional, very helpful and easy to talk to. We also bought our new house through Aldreds and dealt with Sienna who has kept us up to date with progress, always happy to answer queries and very professional. We would highly recommend Aldreds both to buy through and to sell with. If Chris or Sienna were unavailable then the other staff would either be able to help or would arrange to call back with the answers.

My early contacts with their team were all positive and they got the business because I thought theirs was the most realistic estimate and sales plan. Their charges were also very reasonable. However, they really pulled out all the stops when we had to deal with a long chain to complete the sale. After owning a Holiday Chalet at California Sands for over 3 decades, now is the time to reluctantly sell it. I am delighted that I instructed Aldreds. All 3 people I dealt with were polite and courteous. In the latter stages of the sale I dealt exclusively with Jackie. It is always a bit of a minefield, as it is always the Purchasers and sellers dealing with each other. It was a protracted sale and purchase as we were in a chain of 6 and it felt like the wheels could fall off at any time. I don't usually leave negative reviews, but I've never had a bad experience before like this. Especially with an estate agency. Myself and my husband were looking around for rental properties, and enquired about one that was being advertised by Aldred's. I was called back by a rather rude woman who became annoyed with me upon telling her that a viewing 2 hours from the initial phone call was too short notice, as I don't drive and my husband was at work. I pulled a few strings and managed to make it work, and called back and was met with the same woman, with equally as rude of an attitude. The viewing itself was rather hurried. The estate agent didn't really show us around, either. She just stayed by the backdoor, and left us to it. The place smelt like wet dog, and she assured us that it's because it hadn't "been aired out in a while". She even looked like she didn't believe what she was telling us. Even a blind person could see the carpets were disgusting, and no one had made an effort to clean them. All in all, If you want to be spoken to rather rudely, and be shown around a property by an uninterested estate agent, then this is the place for you. I'll certainly make the effort to avoid having to deal with this place again, unless significant change is made.

Recently had a a 6 month tennancy with the Aldreds Great Yarmouth office for a flat in Lowestoft. The staff were kind, friendly and helpful in everything they did for me.
