GoogleAfter deciding to put our house in Great Wyrley up for sale the big question was who do we trust to sell it for us and it was a no brainer. Paul Carr Estate Agents and we have not been disappointed. From the moment Martin and James did the valuation we knew they were the ones for us. So friendly and easy to talk to,answering all the questions we had and showing great knowledge of the area and for the business. Julie has been at the other end of the phone for any problems we have,reassuring us,helping us and giving fantastic support when needed. So nice to talk to as she is always upbeat in the office and especially over the phone and personally I like that and feel it has a knock on affect to me the customer. They are a very efficient team and nothing is to much of a problem for them. Julie and Tracey have been at the other end of the phone for any problems or questions we have and nothing is ever too much for them. We would definitely recommend Paul Carr Estate Agents to sell your home. 2022... How can we describe Paul Carr… simple… the best estate agent around. From the initial valuation, through to us completing on our purchase, they provided a really personal touch throughout the end to end journey. It was not always plain sailing, but whether it be Bernadette, James or Julie, nothing was ever too much trouble and they were always happy to listen, give advice and go the extra mile to help us through the move. Often keeping us sane at times when you want to pull your hair out!!! Bernie’s handling of the case was exemplary, and if it wasn’t for James, we would not have found our perfect home. GoogleBernadette, from Burntwood Paul Carr, has been fabulous. It has taken a long time for us to exchange due to our chain, where our buyer's side kept delaying, as they were not ready, but Bernadette was like a dog with a bone chasing and making sure it does not take much more time. She has always been there, every time I called or left a message. Thank you Bernadette.

Every member of the team that we have encountered has been helpful, thorough and efficient at every stage. We would like to particularly highlight the service we received from Bernadette, who kept us well-informed (especially during the after-care process prior to completion), and was often more informative and immediate with information than our own solicitors.
