Haarts were fantastic with the sale of my great aunts house. We have finally exchanged contracts after a lengthy process being messed around by multiple estate agents. Since haarts came on the scene, they have been amazing. We only wished we instructed you to see the house initially. Dominik the branch leader we our point of contact and he kept in contact with me from day one. Forak mia was also very helpful. 10/10 service

Alex recently came to see me to value my property. He was very attentive and listened to what I needed. It wasn’t a easy situation but Alex took time to understand and advise me on the best options. George Byford "the Negotiator" rather dismal at lying to gain free furniture from Gumtree or freecycle stating he wants it for his own home! When in fact getting free furniture to put in properties to put your bill up for "furnished accommodation!" ....fortunately George was caught out, and then changed his attitude to be really not 'polite!' Oops caught out!!!

Very disappointing experience. Choose to go with Haart to help us start our house sale and search for a new home after reading the good reveiws, but they let us down. First week called to arrange a house valuation for that week, and later called back to arrange a viewing of a property. They said they'd call back to confirm the house viewing and never did, and then the next day cancelled the house valuation at the last minute, due to a staff mix up, but said they'd call back on the Saturday to re-arrange for early the next week. That call never came, and so we called back again just as their office was about to close on the Saturday. They apologised and promised to call back on the Monday morning. They didn't call back on the Monday. We will now go with someone else. I think the main issue here is that calls to their office get routed to a head ofice when people in the Shelford branch don't answer and they are disorganised or not communicate well with their HQ, but we were called by someone in the Shelford office twice and promised call backs which never came and that isn't good enough.

I found all the team at haart extremely helpful, we were originally looking to purchase in the area. Benjamin in particular was very caring and professional showed to have our best interests at heart while we were on the property search offering advice and always on the other end of the phone when we needed him . We ended up finding out of area in the end which is shame, though would thoroughly recommend haart to any friends or family.
