GoogleMichael Moon are a 1st class estate agency and I would not hesitate to use their services again. Not only are MM professional, they are also friendly and very approachable. I would like to mention Alex Bibby in particular, he really is a true gentleman and a pleasure to deal with. Jeanette was also always willing to offer her advice and wisdom.
Do your homework on MM and you will see for yourself - great reviews, listings are spot on with good photographs, descriptions and room sizes, you can get through on the phone easily enough and the team are very responsive to emails.

GoogleI can't praise Alex Bibby enough for the way he handled our recent sale - a probate sale is always difficult but Alex was very responsive and sensitive to the circumstances, professional and very easy to deal with. He clearly knows the local market extremely well - the property ended up selling within less than a week of going on the market at a price 25% higher than another agent had recommended we put it on for, which tells its own story. I would have no hesitation in recommending Alex.

GoogleSelling with Michael Moon proved to be the most positive experience we have had with any estate agent.
Given the difficulties presented by COVID-19, Alex and his team adapted their approach such that viewings could recommence in the shortest permissible timescales following the initial lockdown that was instituted in March 2020. Subsequently, after an unreliable buyer pulled out following a protracted delay, Alex and the team promptly arranged further viewings and two competing offers were forthcoming as a result; from there, the sale progressed relatively smoothly and we reached completion twelve weeks afterwards.
All dealings we had with the team were conducted professionally: their approach is one of friendly efficiency, which was much appreciated.
We were recommended to Michael Moon Estate Agents by one of my friends, who had had a similarly positive experience with the firm and, in turn, we will happily recommend their services to others.

GoogleMichael Moon was recommended to us by a friend and having now had personal experience of their excellent service I would absolutely recommend using them as your Estate Agents. From the minute Alex Bibby came to value our house I knew I was going to use Michael Moon. He was so polite and respectful, not at all pushy and had extremely good knowledge of the local market. Throughout the whole process Alex, Sue, Jackie and all the team were so helpful and dedicated, working brilliantly together as a team. They are very reliable at answering their phones and kept us up to date with everything at every step of the way. They are extremely professional and efficient but above all are incredibly kind and most importantly we could tell that they genuinely cared. Even when, on occasion, through absolutely no fault of Michael Moon, things didn’t quite go according to plan, they remained so respectful, courteous and helpful. This is the true test, in my opinion, of a first class estate agent. They were there to offer sensible and practical advice at every step. Just take a look at all the Michael Moon sold signs around Crosby at the minute- their hard work is evident in their success. Through the whole process we have been delighted with their service.
