We were fully supported throughout the sale. It was a difficult chain and Shelley Brader was instrumental in getting us across the line. I would highly recommend this estate agent.

Just confirming, the offer was submitted, but to put things into context you should maybe put the details of what the offer you made was compared to the asking price, and also the reason you gave for your offer initially. I'm sorry you are not happy, but to be honest, the vendor wasn't to happy when I went through either. I wish you success in finding a suitable property.
