We can’t thank Alan at Haart Estate Agents enough for all of his help as first-time buyers. As we’re not local to the area, the whole process initially felt quite overwhelming, but Alan was incredibly patient, honest, and supportive throughout. He opened our eyes to affordable areas and options we would never have considered ourselves, and genuinely made us feel like he cared about helping us find the right home rather than just making a sale. We’d highly recommend him to anyone and will definitely be using him again when we restart our property search.

Alan was amazing in helping me and my partner as first-time buyers. I’m not local to the area, although my partner is, but Alan’s local knowledge and insight were genuinely so helpful and opened our eyes to areas and options we never would’ve considered ourselves that actually suited our budget. I've recently had the pleasure of engaging with Alan Footit at Haart and while I didn't end up buying the particular property we were discussing, I was really impressed by Alan's knowledge and commitment to his job. He went over and above to get me the detailed info I requested from the vendor, and was very patient with me, showing real understanding of the stresses and financial pressures involved in a house purchase. I also applaud his tenacity - I wouldn't have known about the property had he not pro-actively matched it to my requirements, calling me personally and persuading me to look at a great flat I otherwise would have passed over due to location. If only even half the estate agents I have signed up with would make this effort rather than just spamming buyers' inboxes, the industry would have a better reputation. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Alan's help if you are looking for a place to buy.

I have bought and sold around 20 properties over the years but this was the first time I have dealt with Haarts and also I was new to buying in this area. I dealt with Karen Clark at Grayshott branch who was delightful throughout the entire transaction from the viewing to the second viewing telling me what the area was like even down to the restaurants and dog walks. I offered on a flat and later down the proceedings we hit a big problem but Karen was very efficient, helpful and positive throughout and we did finally manage to keep the purchase together mainly down to Karen chasing solicitors every single day! I would happily use Haarts again in Grayshott and will do no doubt for renting and further purchases in the future. Can’t fault them. Brilliant service.

There was very little on the market that was suitable to my needs but Linda made a lot of effort to find properties that might work, and to tell me about things that were coming onto the market before they hit the websites. First class service from Haarts at Grayshott who recently sold my Mother's property. This move was a little challenging as she is 90 living in Hampshire and moving to Devon. The staff were, without exception, polite and helpful. Linda, on the end of the phone, always friendly and calm! Stephen went the extra mile ensuring the sale went through as smoothly and quickly as possible. He even went to her home on numerous occasions do deliver or pick up documents for her to sign and then posted them back to her Solicitors!
