GoogleEverything about Kempsters is absolutely fantastic - the staff, the service, the level of commitment and professionalism, everything. They made us feel like we were their most important client, even though they were obviously busy. They were with us through the long process of selling our house, through all the downs and eventual ups. We can not fault what they did for us and we would not recommend any one else.

GoogleI've recently purchased a house through Kempsters. It was lovely experience to deal with them. From beginning to end they were very co-operative, everything went so smooth for us. Every question put to them was swiftly responded. They are thorough professional and provide exceptional service. So they deserve 5 Stars.

YellExcellent service
Kempsters were the estate agent selling the house we’ve now moved into, and they exceeded our expectations. All the staff were helpful and friendly. We had a chain so problems were coming up all the time, and we eventually had to exchange and complete on the same day, but through the whole process Kempsters were keeping us informed, and chasing people for us when needed. I would definitely recommend this estate agent. Thank you all at Kempsters.

GoogleWe used kempsters, and at the time they seemed a really good company to use. The day until a offer was made on our house, we had contact with them on a day to day. Then we went 8 weeks plus with no contact . I was having to ring the solicitors and other people to find out the updates. Even on day of completion we had no support from them. I wouldn't recommend them.

YellSmooth transaction
I found all the staff to be friendly and courteous. The marketing was very good and despite a general downward trend in sales in the area a sale was made and the whole process went through speedily with no hold ups or hitches. I would recommend the company and am grateful for their help. My recommended charity is The Heart Foundation
