GoogleBrilliant service from start to finish. Garry was excellent in his knowledge and professionalism, and we really appreciated his honesty throughout. Cody was always responsive and helpful at the office. Couldn't ask for a better agent to manage the sale of our property. GoogleWorst estate agents I have dealt with as a tennant. You have to call an infinite amount of times to try and get any issues with the property repaired. In the end, they don't repair anything after they send somebody to see what the issues are. And when you ask when they are planning to actually fix it they tell you if you don't like it you can just move out. Incredibly rude and arrogant behaviour. Also, any communication with them should be made via email so you have proof and can report them to the relevant authorities. Spoke to the people that moved in after me and they had the same issues as me as they didn't bother fixing anything even after getting sick of it and moving out. Avoid them like the plague.

GoogleAwful agency, we have to call them unlimited times just to get our deposit back. We deal with them as a tenant and every time when we have a problem we had to call them so many times, we had a broken door for more than 2 years until we left the property they didn’t bother to fix it. We had a mice problem and we try to contact them and they said we have to deal with the management company not with them.

GoogleMy husband and I bought a house in Grays and within 48 hours John had found some lovely tenants for us. They are all very lovely and helpful and John was extremely understanding in regards to our timing since we were running a bit behind on renovations. The whole process was seamless - I would definitely use Chesters again and recommend them to anyone in the Grays area. Thanks!

GoogleVery rude and ignorant folks. They might be professional when it comes to selling or buying a/your property because it involves obviously huge commissions but not in regards to lettings even though you're paying money for their time. So whoever is leaving positive feedback is a seller or a buyer. Patronised, rushed, ignored and also had to chase them all the time. Only the manager showed compentency and somewhat professionalism to a point. Zero recommendation on using their services.

YellDon't sell your house with these?
Tried to book an appointment to view a property and was told I couldn't have an appointment because they had too many viewings and would "probably sell it today". I would have thought an estate agents job is to get the best price for their seller, not refuse to consider viewings and potential offers because they are a bit busy. Very strange behaviour, certainly would not want them selling my house.?

GoogleABSOLUTELY NO MANNERS! No greeting, rude and rushed the viewing!! Absolutely disgusted by the behaviour. (Started an argument). Don’t waste your time with these people I’m not even shocked they have 2.7 stars. Should be lower. GoogleI would not recommend this estate agent at all, poor communication with clients and very rude when something goes wrong. Personally I have never been dealt with in an aggressive manner like they have.
