TrustpilotA very professional and caring team
A very professional and caring team. Jak and Karolina made everything as simple as possible and despite the sale being a very frustrating and long winded one they never gave up and constantly chased the various parties until the sale was complete. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough. Everyone in the office was a pleasure to talk to.
Thank you Linda, we are so happy to see your property complete in the end. We wish you all the best for you and your mother. Once again thank you for using Ali & Co services.

TrustpilotI found my dealings with Jak Ali…
I found my dealings with Jak Ali extremely disappointing. Communication was poor, and I did not receive confirmation that my documents had been accepted or the telephone call I had been expecting, despite repeatedly checking for a response.

This law firm is completely careless and unprofessional. I handed in an important document for an appeal one month ago, they didn’t process it at all. When I went to get it back, they spent hours just trying to find it, and by the time they did, the appeal deadline had already passed. Now I’m forced to go to court because of their failure. Their lack of responsibility caused serious consequences. Avoid at all costs!

I dealt with one particular person. He was rude, obnoxious and sounded like he could not be bothered. I have never come across someone so unprofessional. They charge an absolute fortune for doing nothing. Do not use AVOID!!!

Hi I wanted to provide feedback on the level of service received.
All your fake reviews are noted, jealousy of your competition is not a great trait, maybe if you was more concerned with your business you would do better.

TrustpilotAvoid
Avoid! They made us loose thousands pounds for solicitors and left us with no house. Their clients had criminal background cases jak insisted everything was good and pushed us to start paperwork!! Twice changed solicitors as they asked but at the end property had too many issues. Do not trust a word they say, they are just behind the money.
Meeriyam, your email to us to withdraw is below, unfortunately a vendor is not liable to pay your solicitor fee when you withdraw from a purchase. Its a shame you feel we are to blame for this! ''Hello Jak, Hope you re good, after consulting my solicitors and mortgage advisers unfortunately we have decided to drop this case as insufficient/incorrect information provided for the requested inquiries by vendors and according to the authorities search results to avoid major issues in the future. We have been chasing this case for almost 6 months and sadly it looks like we are not heading anywhere near completion. As agreed previously I expect vendors to refund us all the solicitor fees by end of this week. The problems occurred could have been avoided if the serious issues were relieved by the vendors at the beginning of this case, but hence lack of this we have wasted our time, money and it has affected our mental health. I have requested Brooke and solicitors to drop this case immediately. Please find my bank details below where I expect the fees refund.''

I brought my 2nd investment with Ali & Co. Despite the lack of communication and delays in paperwork and completion I was happy with the new build. They did however have some blips along the way as they forgot about the 3 month inspection…
Dear Customer, We would be happy to discuss this with you in more detail, with some purchase there maybe a deed of variation required by your own solicitor which could delay completion which i believe was the case for yourself. We are delighted in the end you had completed on your purchase.

TrustpilotDO NOT RECOMMEND!!
DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! Communication is minimal and slow. staff don't have a clue always having to 'get back to you' and then not doing so. Transactions slow... PPW being lost.. not great. Money hungry only! no efforts with customer service at all very blunt and rude!
